Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll love your Little Edit purchase. However, if you change your mind about an item purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
Change of mind
For eligible products, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to cancel.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning an item you have changed your mind about.

Please include your order number and photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Items that cannot be returned
Some products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised items and sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Gift boxes containing products from different categories may be subject to the individual return requirements of the products within them.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
