UK Delivery
Orders are carefully packed by us and sent using a tracked or reliable UK delivery service.
Standard UK delivery: £4.99
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming this and, where applicable, tracking information.
Please allow approximately 2–4 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
Gift Boxes
If you’re sending a gift directly to someone, you can add a gift message at checkout where available.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and item so that we can help resolve the issue.
